Returns and refunds
Our products are made to order, which means that we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. Please note that since our items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Expected refund processing times
Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to be received by the customer. However, the exact time depends on several factors, including:
- Processing time: The time it takes for the customer's bank to process the refund
- Card issuer: The company that issued the customer's card
- The refund status will be marked as "Pending" for up to two business days while the funds are being processed. The refunded amount is deducted from the next available payout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). However, if there are any issues with your order, please get in touch and we'll make things right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@waveywares.com.
