When will I receive my order?
The time it will take is the processing time + delivery time. Processing time, the time it takes for us to prepare your order, is currently 1-3 working days, excluding weekends. Delivery times varies based on location and shipping option, and can be found at checkout. For example, if delivery time is 5-7 working days, expect the order to arrive 10 working days at the latest after you place it.
Where is my order?
If your order is later than the expected date of arrival as calculated above, please check your tracking link which you should receive by email. Please allow up to 3 working days from expected delivery date before contacting us at waveycommerceltd@gmail.com, or contacting your courier. Sometimes delays happen outside our control, especially during busy holiday seasons.
My order is damaged. Can I get a refund or replacement?
We try to make sure every order is correct and of the highest quality, however sometimes mistakes happen. Please refer to our refund policy.
