When will I receive my order?
The time it will take is the processing time + delivery time. Processing time, the time it takes for us to prepare your order, is currently 1-3 working days, excluding weekends. Delivery times varies based on location and shipping option, and can be found at checkout. For example, if delivery time is 5-7 working days, expect the order to arrive 10 working days at the latest after you place it.
Where is my order?
If your order is later than the expected date of arrival as calculated above, please check your tracking link which you should receive by email. Please allow up to 3 working days from expected delivery date before contacting us at support@waveywares.com, or contacting your courier. Sometimes delays happen outside our control, especially during busy holiday seasons.
I ordered multiple items, but I have only received one. Where are the rest?
Sometimes parcels are shipped separately for the same order. Please allow 4 business days between deliveries. If you still have not received your other parcels by then, contact us at support@waveywares.com.
My order is damaged. Can I get a refund or replacement?
We try to make sure every order is correct and of the highest quality, however sometimes mistakes happen. Please refer to our refund policy, and contact us at support@waveywares.com with your order number and any photos as evidence.
I submitted our 'How We Met' story - when will it be featured?
Thanks so much for submitting your story! We love hearing from our customer community. ❤️ We receive lots of submissions, so we cannot guarantee that everyone's is featured. However, we will contact you to let you know by email if it is.
